When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are always issued to your original payment method. Once your refund has been processed, it typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card provider.
If you submitted a return through our Returns Center, your refund will be processed once the carrier scans your return package. For issue-based returns where a photo was required, your refund is processed once our team has reviewed your case.
I submitted a return — when do I get a refund?
For standard returns: your refund is processed automatically once the carrier scans your return package on its way back to us. From that point, allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your statement.
Some return requests may require additional review by our team before a resolution can be provided. Once approved, your refund is issued right away and should appear within 5–10 business days.

It's been more than 10 business days — where is my refund?
If it’s been more than 10 business days since your refund was issued and you haven’t seen it yet, we’d recommend checking with your bank or card provider first — processing times can vary and some institutions take a little longer to post credits.
If you’ve already checked with your bank and still don’t see the refund, please contact our support team with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.
Can I get a refund to a different payment method?
Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used at checkout. We’re not able to redirect refunds to a different card, account, or payment platform.
Will I be refunded for shipping?
Original shipping fees are non-refundable on standard returns.
I received a partial refund — why wasn’t my full order refunded?
If you received a partial refund, it may be because:
• A $7.95 return shipping fee was deducted from your refund.
• You requested a partial refund to keep your item at a discount.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If none of these apply and you believe your refund amount is incorrect, please contact our support team with your order number and we’ll take a look.
