Every Society6 purchase supports independent artists, and we want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

What is the Society6 return policy? 

• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date. 
• Items should be unused and in original condition. 
• A $7.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for standard returns.
• The return label is valid for 15 days from the date it’s issued. 
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Currently we don’t offer exchanges, but you’re welcome to return an eligible item and place a new order for a different size, color, or product.

I received a damaged, wrong, or not-as-described item — what do I do?

We’re so sorry to hear that! Please visit our Returns Center, select the reason that best describes your issue, and follow the prompts — we’ll take it from there and make it right.

Is my item eligible for return?

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return: Furniture (Credenzas, Benches, Bar Stools, Counter Stools, Side Tables, Coffee Tables), eGift Cards, orders of 20 or more items, and wholesale orders.

I purchased shipping protection — how do I file a claim? 

If your order was lost, stolen, or damaged during delivery and you purchased shipping protection, please file a claim directly through the protection provider. This is typically the fastest path to resolution for covered incidents.

When will I receive my refund?

For standard returns: your refund is processed automatically once the carrier scans your return package on its way back to us. From that point, allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your statement.

Some return requests may require additional review by our team before a resolution can be provided. Once approved, your refund is issued right away and should appear within 5–10 business days.
