How to Set Up Your Trolley AccountUpdated 34 minutes ago
Follow these steps to set up your Society6 payment account in Trolley.

Step 1: Access the Trolley Portal
Go to:
https://society6.portal.trolley.com
Step 2: Sign In
Enter the email address associated with your Society6 artist account.
You do not need to create a password.
Trolley will send a one-time verification code to your email address.
Tip: The email will come from [email protected]. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder and consider adding this email address to your safe senders list.
Step 3: Choose Your Payment Method
After signing in, you'll be able to review and select your preferred payout method.
U.S. Artists can choose to receive earnings via ACH (direct bank transfer) or PayPal.
International Artists can currently receive their earnings via PayPal through Trolley.
If you've previously received payments through PayPal, your existing PayPal account information should have been migrated to Trolley. You can continue using PayPal through Trolley or, if eligible, add a bank account to receive payments via ACH.
Note: ACH payments are currently available to U.S. artists only.
Step 4: Optional ACH Direct Deposit Setup (U.S. Artists Only)
U.S. artists have the option to add a bank account and receive earnings through ACH direct deposit. ACH payments are deposited automatically into your bank account and do not require any additional steps to claim your earnings.
You may also continue using PayPal through Trolley as your payout method.
To receive payments by direct deposit:
Select Bank Account (ACH).
Enter your routing number.
Enter your checking account number.
Save your payment method.
Step 5: Complete Your Tax Form
Before you can receive future earnings payouts, you'll need to complete your tax documentation.
U.S. artists should complete a W-9.
International artists should complete a W-8.
Trolley will guide you through the appropriate form based on your location.
Step 6: Review Your Payouts
Once your account is set up, you can log into Trolley anytime to:
View payout history
Review payment status
Update payment methods
Update tax information

Can I keep using PayPal?
Yes. PayPal remains available as a payment option through Trolley.
Do I have to complete my tax forms?
Yes. All artists receiving payments through Society6 are required to submit the appropriate tax documentation. To avoid tax withholding, please complete and submit your tax forms by July 31. If your tax documentation is not received by this deadline, we may be required to withhold taxes at the applicable statutory rate until the required forms are submitted.
What if I don't receive my verification code?
Please verify that the email address you are using matches the one linked to your artist account.. Check your spam or junk folder. Verification emails are sent from [email protected].
Can I change my payment method later?
Yes. You can log into Trolley at any time to update your payment preferences.
