Once an eGift Card is purchased, the recipient should receive an email in just a few minutes!
If the eGift Card is not received within an hour, customers can use the Gift Card Lookup tool to resend the email. When using the Gift Card Lookup tool for resending, make sure to enter the recipient's email.

Simply click on the "Apply Promo Codes and Gift Cards" box at checkout, enter the code you received in your email and click "Apply." Easy as that!
