Billing and Payments

  • We accept the following forms of payment:

    • Discover, Visa, Mastercard and American Express - Credit, Debit and Pre-paid Debit cards
    • PayPal
    • Apple Pay (Available to select mobile users) 
    • Venmo (Available to select mobile users)
    • Amazon Pay 
    • Klarna (Only available in the US)
    • Society6 E-Gift Cards
  • Yes, all transactions are processed in US Dollars.

    For international orders, your financial institution will process a currency conversion after your transaction goes through.

  • International orders may be subject to additional duties, customs, or carrier delivery fees. 


    Duty and customs policies vary widely from country to country and are applied by the destination country’s Customs Office at their discretion.


    Carrier delivery fees, including COD fees, may also be assessed at the time your order is delivered.

    How do I pay with Klarna?

    • If your basket is eligible for 4 interest-free payments with Klarna, you will be able to select Klarna as a payment method during checkout. 
    • Please note that Klarna is only available for US customers at this time.
    • Klarna will be available for purchases between $20 & $1000.
    • After your order is processed and shipped, you will be charged for the first quarter of the total amount. Klarna will send you a notification once the payment has been processed and will also email you a reminder before processing your next payment. 
    • The remaining three payments are collected every two weeks after that.

    How do I receive a refund for a product/order paid with Klarna?

    • In case of a partial return, an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule will be sent to you by Klarna, once you have received our confirmation that a refund was processed on our end. 
    • With a full return, Klarna will refund any payments that have already been collected and cancel any future scheduled payments. You are always able to monitor the status of your order in the Klarna app. 
    • Please note that it can take 5-7 business days for Klarna to adjust your payment plan (after your return was processed).

  • If you are Tax Exempt:

    • You must provide us with a photocopy of your documentation showing that you are exempt. (the document must be completely filled out including ID number)
    • The document is then submitted to our Finance Department for approval.

    What happens when I am approved?

    • If approved the tax exemption will apply to all future orders placed under the email address provided.
    • Please kindly note that if you have previous orders that you would like to have the taxes refunded, the order must be within the last 30 days of the approval.
    • Once you place any future orders (under the email provided), please reach back out with your order number(s), so we can go ahead and refund the taxes.
