    How do I know which length I should choose for the Apple Watch band?

    Society6 only offers one standard length for Apple Watch bands. The 38/40mm and 42/44mm measurements refer to the size of the Apple Watch face and will correspond to certain Apple Watch series.

     

    Do Society6 Apple Watch bands fit all Apple Watch Series?

    All Society6 Apple Watch bands are compatible with every Apple Watch model including Series 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.

    • Our 38/40mm bands work with the 38mm Series 1, 2 & 3 as well as the 40mm Series 4 & 5

    • Our 42/44mm bands work with the 42mm Series 1, 2 & 3 as well as the 44mm Series 4 & 5

     

    Are these officially licensed Apple Watch Straps?

    Similar to how you can buy third-party cases for your phone, our Apple Watch Straps are made for the Apple Watch but not an officially licensed Apple product.

     

    Can I change our the band of my Apple Watch?

    Yes, Society6 Apple Watch bands are designed to be easily swapped in and out. Simply hold down the release button on the back of your watch, and the band should slide out. When swapping in your new Society6 Apple Watch band, check to make sure it's not "upside down" by ensuring the side with the metal middle piece is facing the under-side of your watch. When installed properly, you should hear a soft click as the watch locks onto the band. We recommend double-checking that the band is firmly installed before wearing it to avoid it accidentally slipping off when you're out and about.

     

    Will the Apple Watch band fit my wrist?

    Society6 Apple Watch bands feature an adjustable band that measures 5.75" (145mm) at its smallest size and 7.75" (197mm) at its largest size.

    Are Society6 phone cases protective?

    Society6 has a variety of different case styles that add varying levels of protection. Our slim case features a snap-on polycarbonate shell and would provide adequate protection from minor scratches and everyday wear and tear. While our tough case features two-layer construction for added durability. The tough case includes a polycarbonate outer shell for minor scratches and everyday wear and tear AND an inner silicone liner that protects against drops and tumbles. The Adventure case is available for iPhone 5 through iPhone X models and features a hard polycarbonate shell with a rubber exterior lining and screen protector to offer maximum protection.


    How much are Society6 phone cases?

    Society6 phone cases are available in three different styles—slim, tough and adventure. Prices vary depending on case style and phone model, simply select your desired case from the dropdown menu and the correct price will automatically populate. Note that not all case styles are available for all phone models.

    Do Society6 phone cases yellow?

    Fading or yellowing of Society6 phone cases depends on the usage and upkeep over time. Be aware that prolonged exposure to sunlight or dyed materials may cause the case to become discolored or the brilliance of the design to fade.

    Do phone cases cause overheating?

    Society6 phone cases should not cause overheating. However, be aware that opening an excessive amount of applications on your phone or exposing your phone and its case to sunlight can cause the device to overheat. We recommend keeping your device in cool or shaded areas to help reduce this risk.

    All Society6 slim and tough phone cases support wireless charging. The adventure case, available for iPhone 5 through iPhone X, does not support all wireless charging devices due to the additional protective layers.

    Are Society6 phone cases heavy?

    Society6 phone cases are constructed from a lightweight TPU and/or PC—meaning they are functional, durable and light.

    How thick are Society6 phone cases?

    Society6 phone case thickness depends on which case style you choose. Our slim style case features a thin polycarbonate shell and is our thinnest option. The tough case includes an additional silicone liner for added protection and will minimally increase the phone's thickness. Our adventure case which is available for iPhone 5 through iPhone X is our thickest case because it features a rubber exterior lining for maximum protection.

    I have a Samsung Galaxy series device (e.g., S8, S9, S10…etc), and there are multiple models for different carriers (e.g. AT&T, Verizon). How do I know which case is the right one?

    Society6 phone cases fit the international (non-carrier-specific) version of Samsung Galaxy series devices. Although your carrier-specific model may look similar to the international version, the device may vary slightly between carriers (particularly the shape and positioning of the camera) and therefore may not fit our cases.

    To put on your Society6 wallet phone case, start by inserting your phone into the hard shell inside. Align your phone along two of the sides and then gently push to snap the other sides in place.

     

    How do I clean my Society6 wallet phone case?

    To clean your Society6 wallet phone case, wipe with a damp cloth. Do not use strong chemical cleaners or abrasive scrubbing as it may effect the print quality.

     

    How many cards will fit in the Society6 wallet phone case?

    The Society6 wallet phone cases feature two individual slots to fit cards and one slot for cash. If you choose to use the cash slot for cards, the total number of recommended cards is four. Though it is possible to fit more cards in, it will cause the case to become bulky and could add excessive wear and tear on the case.

     

    Do Society6 wallet phone cases work with wireless charging?

    Society6 wallet phone cases do not support wireless charging.

    How do I get my Society6 iPad Folio Case off?

    The easiest way to remove your case is to gently pull on the front part of the case (around the front camera hole of the interior shell) and then when it releases, remove the rest of the case.
