In general, each partner we work with first selects the artists they would like to work with and from there we work together to develop the artwork for the collaboration. Just by being on the Society6 platform you are eligible to work with our partners and we love bringing these paid opportunities to our community! 

Note: Completing this form does not guarantee that your work will be selected for an upcoming partnership and does not authorize the sale of any previously submitted artwork that has been removed for intellectual property violations.

Society6 face masks are not medical grade and artists are not permitted to make claims that suggest this product is intended for any of the following purposes: 

• For use as a surgical mask, filtering respirator or to provide liquid barrier protection
• For use in a clinical setting where the infection risk level through inhalation exposure is high
• To provide protection against or prevent the transmission of viruses or diseases

Artists must also use discretion in the designs that choose to make available on face masks. The following content is not permitted on face masks and may result in the removal of the design from the Society6 services:  

• Content that misrepresents the purpose or protective nature of the masks
• Content that is culturally insensitive, offensive, discriminatory, inappropriate, unnecessarily graphic, or that may cause harm to the victims of a pandemic
• Content that is deceptive or that spreads misinformation
• Any other content that is not permitted per our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

Please be aware that any designs found to be in violation of these guidelines will result in the design being removed on all products. If you believe that the design in question is only in violation of these guidelines for masks, you may contact us to reactivate your design once it has been disabled on face masks.

By using the Society6 website and services, and uploading your designs, you are agreeing to our Terms of Service. Society6 is proud to be an open and all-inclusive community. However, we may deem a design or activity to be in violation of our Terms of Service.

Reasons for suspension include, but are not limited to:

• A design, title, tags or text that copy someone else’s design, photograph, logo, likeness, or name, or otherwise infringe their copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or intellectual property rights;
• A design, title, tags or text that are indecent, profane, obscene, abusive, inflammatory, untrue, misleading, defamatory, illegal, or violate any applicable law;
• Harassing, spamming, threatening, stalking, harming or embarrassing others; or
• Any other unauthorized use of the Society6 website or services.
