The pleated front expands to snugly cover your mouth while the flat woven elastic loops comfortably fit behind your ears. Dual layer construction allows for an easily accessible inner pocket to insert your own disposable filters. Plus, a portion of all proceeds will be donated to World Central Kitchen to help the COVID-19 recovery effort.

    • The product is a face mask and is made using 100% polyester sheeting on the front layer, 100% microfiber polyester on the back layer and rounded woven elastic for the ear loops.
    • The product is not intended for use as a surgical mask or to provide liquid barrier protection
    • The product is not recommended for use in a clinical setting where the infection risk level through inhalation exposure is high.
    • The product has not been FDA cleared or approved.

     

     

    Legal Disclaimers & Warranty

    In order to help slow help slow the spread of COVID-19, health officials recommend that you wear a face mask. While Society6 face masks can help in that regard, you should know that these are not medical masks and, therefore, may not block liquids, germs or viruses, including the COVID-19 virus. To put it simply, Society6 face masks are not surgical masks, personal protective equipment, filtering respirators (such as N95 masks), or liquid barrier protection.

     

    Society6 face masks should not be used by anyone with skin sensitivities or placed on children under age 2 or anyone who has trouble breathing or who is unconscious, incapacitated, or otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance.

    What is the return policy for face masks?

    We can only accept return requests for production-related issues like a misprint, or physical defect. We can not accept any other returns for this product due to health and safety precautions. Return requests must be made within 14 days of the receipt of your order. 

     

    Are the face masks adjustable or available in different sizes?

    Our face masks are one size fits all. They feature elastic loops to stretch around your ears and a pleated front that allows for expansion around your nose and chin. 

     

    What are these masks made of?

    Our face masks feature dual layer construction with a pleated, 100% polyester sheeting on the front and a microfiber polyester backing. Each mask also includes flat woven elastic ear loops to secure on your face.

     

    How do I wash a mask, and how often should I wash it?

    Face masks should be machine washed with cold water and hung to dry. It is recommended to wash your face mask after each use. Please consult your local health authority for specific guidelines. 

     

    How long will it take to get my mask? 

    Our face masks are printed on demand just for you. Due to the global demand for face mask materials it may take up to 6 days before your item can be shipped.  This does not include the time it takes to ship the product to you.

    Shipping

    How much do you charge for shipping?

    It depends. Shipping is calculated during checkout and varies based upon what product you’re purchasing. Different weights, different shipping costs.

    Where can you ship furniture?

    Currently, we can only ship furniture to US addresses. We are also unable to ship to PO boxes or military addresses.

    Average Delivery Times

    All of our products (including furniture) are made specifically for you when place your order! Furniture is made within 4 business days after you order.

    Once your order is placed, you should receive your order in 7-14 business days.

    Do you offer expedited shipping for furniture?

    We don’t currently offer expedited shipping for furniture.

    Can I change my shipping address after I place the order?

    You can update your shipping address (or cancel your order) within 1 hour of placing it. Either email us or go to your main account page to process a cancellation.

    Assembly

    You can download a PDF instruction manual for any furniture product at the bottom of this page! Instructions are also provided in the package.

    Return Policy

    All furniture is custom-made and printed when you order. Because of this, returns are only accepted in the case of damage.

    If your item arrives damaged or defective, you can receive replacement part(s) or a refund within 30 days of your purchase.

    How do I request a return?

    If you would like to return your purchase for a refund, you can contact our Customer Service team here to submit a request.

    Once our team has reviewed your request, we will send you a return shipping label to send your purchase back to us.

    Once we’ve received your return, we will issue a refund back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Amazon Pay, or Paypal). Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear on your account.

    Do I have to pay for return shipping?

    You do not have to pay for return shipping. Our team will send you a prepaid shipping label. Returns are subject to a restocking fee.

    The first time you’re asked to pay customs or duties on an order, we are willing to assist you!

    Send us a photo of your customs receipt and we would be happy to reimburse you with a coupon code for the amount of the fee, as a one-time courtesy.
