Common Questions

  • By using the Society6 website and services, and uploading your designs, you are agreeing to our Terms of Service. Society6 is proud to be an open and all-inclusive community. However, we may deem a design or activity to be in violation of our Terms of Service.

    Reasons for account suspension include, but are not limited to:

    • A design, title, tags or text that copy someone else’s design, photograph, logo, likeness, or name, or otherwise infringe their copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or intellectual property rights;
    • A design, title, tags or text that are indecent, profane, obscene, abusive, inflammatory, untrue, misleading, defamatory, illegal, or violate any applicable law;
    • Harassing, spamming, threatening, stalking, harming or embarrassing others; or
    • Any other unauthorized use of the Society6 website or services.

    If you believe that your account was suspended in error, please contact us.

  • Approved members of the Society6 Wholesale Program receive a 20% merchandise discount with $500 minimum in purchases over the first 3 months. The trade discount is not valid with any other offer or with shipping and processing fees. We reserve the right to change the list of items not eligible for the trade discount at our sole discretion without prior notice to members.


    At Society6 we take pride in using the highest quality material and want you to love our products as much as we do! However, Society6 does not offer returns for bulk wholesale orders. We encourage members to order one sample prior to the bulk order. Returns and replacements will always be accepted for damaged product.

  • We are sorry to see you go, but to stop receiving our emails, simply click the unsubscribe links at the very bottom of any email from us.  

    It may take a few days for your email to be removed from our system.  Please contact us if more than a week has passed and you are still getting emails from us.

  • Once your order has shipped, you can expect to receive your purchase within:

    1.   Tracking numbers are provided at the links in your shipping confirmation email (and in your account).  They show up once our shipping partner has processed your package, which normally happens within 24 hours, but can take a few days
    2.   If you have not received your order in the estimated delivery time described above, simply click here to request a free replacement
    3.   International shipping options have limited tracking...please be patient, your package should arrive.  If it does not arrive within the estimated delivery time described above, simply click here to request a free replacement.
    4.   You may have to pay a customs fee on international orders.  We know that sucks and trust us, it is out of our control.  We are happy to provide you with a coupon code (up to the total amount of the order)

  • You can cancel an order within 1 hour after you have placed it. If you need to make a  change your order,  first cancel it and then place a new one.

  • Currency

    Unless specified, all of the prices listed on our site are in US Dollars.  Your financial institution will process a currency conversion after your transaction goes through.

    Shipping Costs

    All shipping costs will be identified once you add a product to you cart and select the destination country. We charge different amounts for shipping depending on the product and the destination country.  


    We will be sure to show any taxes before you pay, simply add your product to your shopping cart and select the shipping country and applicable taxes will be displayed.

  • Track Your Order

    Since every product is made when you order it, we’ll make and ship your order within 3-4 business days after you’ve placed it.

    Once your order has shipped, you can track your order through:

    1. The shipping confirmation email we send you with tracking info

    2. Your Society6 account using the button below (make sure you’re logged into your account!).

    CARRIER DELAYS: Due to overwhelming volume and the effects of COVID-19, some Standard shipping carriers are currently experiencing delays that impact package tracking information and extend delivery times. We apologize for any inconvenience these delays may cause and ask that you remain patient and allow 7-10 business days for your tracking information to update once you are notified of shipment.     Shipping times and shipping rates may depend on the location of the shipment address and the size of the item(s) being shipped. All items purchased through the Society6 marketplace platform are manufactured by an affiliate or pursuant to an agreement with a third-party vendor and shipped to the customer pursuant to arrangements with various shipping carriers for final delivery. This means risk of loss and title for all items purchased pass to you upon the manufacturer's delivery of the product(s) to the carrier.
