Returns & Refunds

  • Your Society6 purchase is made to order! In the event something is not right with your item(s), please contact us as soon as possible.

     

    To start a return request, visit your Society6 account.

    Please note:  

    • Return inquiries must be submitted as soon as possible and no later than 60 days following the receipt of your order.
    • Face masks are not eligible for return. If something is not right with your face mask, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days following the receipt of your item(s).

     

  • Your refunds will always be directed to the original form of payment and usually appear on your bank statement within 7-10 days. 

    Please note, depending on your bank, refunds can appear on your statement in different forms:

          * A new line item: The refund is listed as a separate transaction
          * Reversal charge: The original transaction will be voided
