  • Every purchase is made to order and pays an artist. We certainly hope you love your item(s), but on the off chance you are experiencing any issues, we're here to help!


    For a quick resolution, if you received damaged or defective item(s), please submit photos to our Customer Support team HERE before starting a return. 


    Return Policy

    • Items MUST be in unused/unworn condition.
    • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
    • Shipping & Handling fees paid on the original purchase are non-refundable.
    • Face masks, Furniture items, Sling Chairs, and eGift Cards are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns.
    • Bulk item orders (20+ items) are not eligible for return.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 
    • We do not offer Exchanges.

    To submit a return request, log into your Society6 account and locate the order from which you’d like to make a return.

    Please note that refunds are always issued back to the original form of payment and usually appear on your bank statement within 7-10 business days.
