Track Your Order

  • Once an order is placed, it typically takes 3-4 business days to produce your item(s) and ship them. 

    Once your order has shipped, please allow up to 72 hours for tracking to be updated. You can track your order through:

    Some standard shipping carriers are still experiencing delays due to the effects of COVID-19. These delays may impact package tracking information and extend delivery times. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask that you remain patient and allow 3-5 business days for your tracking information to update once you are notified of shipment.

    Why was the Shipping Discount not applied to my order?

     

    • Shipping discounts are dependent upon the type of product purchased and the location it is being shipped to (ship-to address). 

    • Our Free Shipping promotions are applicable to all orders within the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and select countries. If you notice that your item does not have a shipping discount applied in your cart, your item or ship-to address may not be eligible to receive the promotion.

    • Free Shipping promotions only apply to Standard Shipping. Expedited and Rush Shipping are not included.
