    Will the delivery time of my order be affected?

    Delivery times are affected by a number of different variables. Some orders may experience delays due to restrictions that could impact one or more of our global production facilities or shipping partners.

    We will do our best to update you with as much relevant information regarding your order as we possibly can. Some orders may experience delays due to restrictions that could impact one or more of our global production facilities or shipping partners.

    Why was the Shipping Discount not applied to my order?

     

    • Shipping discounts are dependent upon the type of product purchased and the location it is being shipped to (ship-to address). 

    • Our Free Shipping promotions are applicable to all orders within the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and select countries. If you notice that your item does not have a shipping discount applied in your cart, your item or ship-to address may not be eligible to receive the promotion.

    • Free Shipping promotions only apply to Standard Shipping. Expedited and Rush Shipping are not included.

     

  • Since every product is made when you order it, we’ll make and ship your order within 3 business days after you’ve placed it.
