  • How long until I receive my order?

    Customers can estimate when to expect their order’s arrival by using the formula below:

    *Some standard shipping carriers are still experiencing delays due to the effects of COVID-19. These delays may impact package tracking information and extend delivery times.

    **Applies to Wall Prints, Mugs, Notebooks, Throw Pillows, Wall Tapestries - all other items, please refer to International Transit Times.

    ***Canada- orders are currently experiencing an additional 3-5 business day delay, with a few orders seeing delays of up to 10 business days.

    International Destinations- In rare cases, some orders may experience an additional 1-2 weeks of transit time.  




  • We have several vendors around the world in Australia, Germany, Italy, the UK, South Korea and the US that help us get our artist-designed products to customers.

    Each vendor produces certain items in our product line, so although you might be located near one of our vendors, your item may still ship from one of our other locations. 

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer customization at this time.

    The designs submitted by artists cannot be altered and the products in which the designs are printed cannot be modified.

    As a side note, some artists list their contact information in their bio so that customers may be able to reach out directly with a request. As an alternative, customers can also leave a comment or review on the product page with requests.

  • How can I track my order?

    Customers with a Society6 Account

    • Log in to your account and click on the “Orders” section to find Tracking Details


    • Orders placed without an account can be tracked via the "Track My Order" link in your Order Shipment email

    If you don’t have an account, you can create one here! So long as the email address used to create an account is the same as the one used to place the order, your account will display the order details within the new account.
