Orders

  • You can cancel or update the shipping address on your orders yourself. No need to wait for Customer Support. 
    Keep in mind that orders can only be modified within 1 hour of placement. After that, the update window has closed.
     
    Customers with a Society6 Account:
    • Log into your account
    • Go to Orders
    • Select the order you'd like to cancel/update
    • Click on the "Edit Shipping Address" or "Cancel Order" button located on the right-hand side

    So long as the buttons are available on the page, you're good to make the changes. Once the buttons disappear, your window has closed.

    No Account?
    No problem! So long as you create the account using the same email as the one on your order(s), the details will all be carried over to your account.

    How long until I receive my order?

    International Destinations- In rare cases, some orders may experience an additional 1-2 weeks of transit time.  

     

     

     

     

  • We have several vendors around the world in Australia, Germany, Italy, the UK, South Korea and the US that help us get our artist-designed products to customers.

    Each vendor produces certain items in our product line, so although you might be located near one of our vendors, your item may still ship from one of our other locations. 

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer customization at this time.

    The designs submitted by artists cannot be altered and the products in which the designs are printed cannot be modified.

    As a side note, some artists list their contact information in their bio so that customers may be able to reach out directly with a request. As an alternative, customers can also leave a comment or review on the product page with requests.

  • Customers with a Society6 Account

    • Log in to your account and click on the “Orders” section to find Tracking Details

    Guests

    • Orders placed without an account can be tracked via the "Track My Order" link in your Order Shipment email

    If you don’t have an account, you can create one HERE! So long as the email address used to create an account is the same as the one used to place the order, your account will display the order details within the new account.
