    Downgrading from Pro to Basic

If the downgrade occurs in the middle of a billing cycle you will not pay for unused days in the Pro plan and instead pay a prorated amount for days left in the month for the Basic plan. There will be no change to your monthly renewal date and on the next month's billing cycle you will pay the Basic monthly price of $4.99/month.

If your design uploads exceed the 100 design limit, you will be required to delete designs to meet the limit or allow Society6 to delete designs on your behalf before your account can be downgraded.

Downgrading from Pro to FreePlan Cancellation

When you cancel your Pro Plan, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of the current billing cycle. If your design uploads exceed the 10 design limit, you must delete designs to meet the limit or allow Society6 to delete designs on your behalf before your account can be downgraded. If you had adjusted your pricing, your Markup % will be set to 10% after your Pro Plan expires.  On the next month's billing cycle you will no longer pay a subscription fee.

  • You can change your payment method for your Artist Plan anytime from your Artist Studio. Under "My Account" in Artist Studio, select "Manage Artist Plan" to update your credit card information.

  • We will attempt to alert you before your credit card expires. If your credit card information hasn't been updated before we process your monthly payment you will receive an email letting you know that your payment has failed and prompting you to update your payment method.

If you have not updated your payment after receiving the final email notification, your account will be downgraded to the Free Plan. If your Artist Studio exceeds the 10 design limit, your 10 best selling designs will remain in your Artist Studio and the rest will be removed. If no sales data is available, your most recently uploaded designs will remain. If you had set your pricing, your Markup % will be set to 10%.
