You are able to cancel your order or modify a shipping address within 1 hour after your order is placed. After 1 hour, orders are not able to be modified. To do so, please log into your account, go to Orders, and click on the order you'd like to cancel/update. We ask that customers allow 2 additional business days from the Delivered date displayed on the order tracking. Packages may be pre-maturely marked as Delivered and often arrive the next day or two. Please check this box if it has been 2+ business days since your order tracking shows "Delivered."
