You are able to cancel your order or modify a shipping address within 1 hour after your order is placed. After 1 hour, orders are not able to be modified. We ask that customers allow 2 additional business days from the Delivered date displayed on the order tracking. Packages may be pre-maturely marked as Delivered and often arrive the next day or two. Please check this box if it has been 2+ business days since your order tracking shows "Delivered."
