  • Once your order has shipped, there are two ways to track your package:

         2. Quickly log-in to your Society6 account, using the button below

     

     

    If you do not have a Society6 account, you can easily create yours below to 'Track, Return or Replace' this and any future order (when creating your account, please be absolutely sure to use the same email address you used to place your order):

  • Once you place your order, you can expect your products in the mail within:

         *USA: 4-14 days, delivered by the USPS

         *Australia: 4-14 days, delivered by the Australian Post (applies to Wall Prints & Mugs - all other items, please refer to international ship times) 

         *International: 2-4 weeks, delivered by your local postal service

     

    A few things to consider:

    1.   If you have not received your order in the estimated delivery time, simply click here to request a free replacement
    2.   International shipping options have limited tracking...please be patient, your package will arrive.  If it doesn't, simply click here to request a free replacement
    3.  We do not offer expedited shipping options (sorry, no exceptions)

    Did your order not arrive within the specified time? No worries, simply request a free replacement through your Society6 account:

     

  • If for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with your Society6 product, we want to make it right for you! You can easily process a return, replacement or exchange through your Society6 account for 90 days after your order ships. Simply start here.

     

     

     Please note:

    • Gifts: You want to return or replace a gift? Simply contact us for immediate help.
    • Exchanges: If you want to exchange an item, e.g. get a different shirt size for the same print, simply return your order for refund and place a new order for the proper item.

  • Your refunds will always be directed to the original form of payment and usually appear on your bank statement within 4-10 days. 

    Please note, depending on your bank, refunds can appear on your statement in different forms:

          * A new line item: The refund is listed as a separate transaction
          * Reversal charge: The original transaction will be voided

  • You can cancel your order within 3 hours after you have placed it. If you need to change your order, please first cancel it and then place a new one.  To cancel your order, please log into your account:

  • To change your shipping address, please visit your order history page in your account:

    You can only change the address within 3 hours after you placed the order. If it has been more than 3 hours, you can reach out to our support team and if the order has not shipped, they can do it for you. Click here to contact us.

    There could be a few reasons for why your promo code is not working:

     

            *We do not allow most promos to be combined
            *Your promo code is inactive

     

    If you feel your code is active and it is not applying, our team is here to help. Send us a note with the code and expected discount and they will let you know if the code is active.  Click here to contact our team.

     

  • If you can’t log in, please try resetting your password at this link. If you get an ‘invalid user email’ message, that means you do not have an account with Society6. That is ok, it is super easy to sign up, just head here. Make sure you use the same email as your previous orders so we can link them to your new account.

  • We know that pesky customs charges are the worst, and please trust us when we say that they out of our control, so we are willing to refund any fees you must pay to receive you order.

    Simply send us a photo of your customs receipt and we would be happy to reimburse you for the charge (up to the total amount of your order).
