How Do I Create a Collection?

Collections are a great way to thoughtfully merchandize and organize the products available in your shop. To get started with creating a collection:

  1. Make sure you are logged in to your artist account.

  2. Navigate to the first product you want added to your collection (you can edit the order of the items in your collection later). Choose the variant (size / color, etc.) you want to add to your collection.

  3. Click on the heart located at the top right corner of the product preview.

  4. A pop up will appear at the bottom of your screen. Click on the “Create A New Collection” option to create your new collection.


  5. In the text box, type in the title of your new collection.

    Note - You have the option of making your collections private. This means that only you will be able to view this collection. You can change this at any time from the collection listing page. Collections that are not private will be highlighted in the Collections tab of your Artist Shop.

  6. Click on the “Create Collection” tab. Once the collection has been created, be sure to check the box for the collection you are adding the item to (you may need to uncheck the box that was previously checked before creating the new collection).

  7. Click “Submit”.

  8. Follow the previous steps and select this newly created collection to add additional items to your collection.

Once created, you can view all of your collections by clicking on the heart in the upper right corner of the site next to your avatar. This will bring you to your Collections Listing Page where you can edit collections and share them with your customers. You can also view your Favorite Designs from this page. 

Please keep in mind that there is a maximum of 200 collections per user and each collection can hold a maximum of 300 products
