How do I receive a Refund for a Product/Order, paid with Klarna?

In case of a partial return, an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule will be sent to you by Klarna, once you have received our confirmation that a refund was processed on our end. 


With a full return, Klarna will refund any payments that have already been collected and cancel any future scheduled payments. You are always able to monitor the status of your order in the Klarna app. 


Please note that it can take 5-7 business days for Klarna to adjust your payment plan (after your return was processed).
