To deactivate your account, simply navigate to the "My account" page and scroll to the bottom where you'll find the "Deactivate Account" button.
Disclaimer:
1. Upon deactivation, designs will be removed from the Society6 website. Please allow up to 2 business days for all designs to be removed from the website. Once deactivated, designs cannot be retrieved, even with a reactivation.
2. Deactivated accounts CAN be reactivated at a later time, but the reactivated account will default to a Free Plan unless a different Artist Plan is selected and paid for once the account is reactivated.
3. Deactivating your shop will NOT permanently delete all information from your account. To have your information removed from our servers, please submit a "Data Deletion" request as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
4. Accrued earning will not be paid out for deactivated accounts!! If you are still waiting for earning to be paid out, we recommend:
- Unpublishing all artworks and keep your account active until all pending earnings have been paid. Please reference this page for more on when you can expect to receive your earnings.
5. Once an account has been deactivated, the email associated with that account and the URL CANNOT be used for a new account. Email addresses and URLs can only be associated with one account.
