You can cancel or update the shipping address on your orders yourself. No need to wait for Customer Support.
Keep in mind that orders can only be modified within 1 hour of placement. After that, the update window has closed.
Customers with a Society6 Account:
- Log into your account
- Go to Orders
- Select the order you'd like to cancel/update
- Click on the "Edit Shipping Address" or "Cancel Order" button located on the right-hand side
So long as the buttons are available on the page, you're good to make the changes. Once the buttons disappear, your window has closed.
No Account?
No problem! So long as you create the account using the same email as the one on your order(s), the details will all be carried over to your account.
