Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped (within 3 business days of placing your order), you can track your order through:
- The shipping confirmation email we send you with tracking information.
- Your Society6 account using the button below.
You can create yours below to Track, Return, or Replace your orders.
Note: using Guest Checkout will not automatically create an account for you.
(when creating your account, please be absolutely sure to use the same email address you used to place your order)
Average Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, you can expect to receive your purchase within:

*applies to Wall Prints, Mugs, Tapestries, Notebooks, and Stationery Cards - all other items, please refer to international ship times
A few things to consider:
- If you have not received your order in the estimated delivery time described above, simply click here to request a free replacement.
- International shipping options have limited tracking...please be patient, your package should arrive. Please click here for information about import charges (customs,taxes, duties). - We do not offer expedited shipping options (sorry, no exceptions)
- Shipping times and shipping rates may depend on the location of the shipment address and the size of the item(s) being shipped. All items purchased through the Society6 marketplace platform are manufactured by an affiliate or pursuant to an agreement with a third-party vendor and shipped to the customer pursuant to arrangements with various shipping carriers for final delivery. This means risk of loss and title for all items purchased pass to you upon the manufacturer's delivery of the product(s) to the carrier.
