Artist earnings are paid via PayPal (between the first and third business day of each month). Once an order has been placed for an item from your shop, it will show up as "pending" in your earnings dashboard. The earning will remain in a pending status until 30 days has passed from when the order was shipped. After that, the earning will be updated to a status of "cleared" and can be expected to be paid out during the following payment period. You may view your pending and cleared transactions on the Earnings page of your account here.
Example: You sell an Art Print and it ships on January 15th. The 30-day grace period ends on February 15th. You will be paid for that sale between March 1st-3rd.
Please note, an earning can be cancelled at any time before it is paid to your Paypal (regardless of it being in a "pending" or "cleared" status). If a customer requests to cancel their order for a full refund for any reason before it has hit your Paypal account, the earning will also be cancelled.
