When Will I Receive My Artist Earnings?Updated 5 days ago

Artist earnings are paid via PayPal (between the first and third business day of each month). Once an order has been placed for an item from your shop, it will show up as “pending” in your earnings dashboard. Earnings will remain in pending for 30-60 days depending on when the order was placed. You may view your pending and paid transactions on the Earnings page of your account

Example: You sell an Art Print and it ships on January 15th. The 30-day grace period ends on February 15th. You will be paid for that sale between March 1st-3rd. 

Please note, an earning can be cancelled at any time before it is paid to your Paypal (regardless of it being in a "pending" status). If a customer requests to cancel their order for a full refund for any reason before it has hit your Paypal account, the earning will also be cancelled.
