Society6 is home to a curated community of independent artists with a distinct creative point of view, and every application is reviewed by a person on our team. Your portfolio link is the most important part of your application, so be sure to share the one that best showcases your style and the work you'd like to sell with us.

We curate our artist community with a specific style and customer in mind, so even talented artists may not always be the right fit at a given time—and that’s okay.

We look for:

• Original work that's all yours, with a style that feels at home on Society6.

• No AI-generated art, or stock photos.

• A clear point of view, seen through an artful, high-quality lens

• Print-ready quality: high resolution
  
  

How long does the review process take?

Every application is reviewed individually by a member of our team. Due to the high volume of applications we receive, the review process can take some time. We know you’re excited about the possibility of joining the Society6 artist community, and we truly appreciate your patience while we give each application the thoughtful attention it deserves.

One important tip: please include a link to your professional portfolio on your application. It's the main way we get to know your work, so applications without one can't be considered.

How will I hear back?

We’ll let you know by email once your application has been reviewed. If you’re approved, we’ll share next steps for setting up your account. If we’re unable to approve your application at this time, we’ll let you know that as well.
