Can I Cancel or Change my Order?Updated 2 hours ago
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Every Society6 order is made especially for you — as soon as you complete your purchase, your item moves straight into production. Because of this, we’re generally not able to cancel or modify orders once they’ve been placed.
If you’ve just placed an order and need to make a change, please contact our support team as quickly as possible. While we can’t guarantee it, our team will do everything we can to help if your order hasn’t yet entered production.
Can I remove an item, add something, or partially cancel my order?
We're not able to make partial changes to an order — that includes removing individual items, adding new ones, or adjusting quantities after checkout. Each item goes into production as part of a single order, so changes to one part affect the whole.
If you'd like a different item or quantity, the best option is to place a new order. And if something about your existing order isn't right once it arrives, our Returns Center is always there to help.
How do I request a cancellation or address change?
Our support team is here to help. Contact us as quickly as possible after placing your order — every minute counts. Please include your order number and the change you’re requesting so we can look into it right away.
I entered the wrong shipping address — what should I do?
Please contact our support team right away with your order number and the correct address. Because our items go into production quickly, the sooner you reach out, the better chance we have of making the update before your order ships. If your order has already shipped, you may be able to redirect it through the carrier directly using your tracking number.
My order can’t be changed — what are my options?
If we’re not able to modify your order in time, we understand that’s frustrating. We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Once your order arrives, if something isn’t right, our returns process is available to help. Visit our Returns Center to get started.
